Feedback provided for web accessibility reviews varies depending on the resource type and goal of the review.

Web Resource

  • The requestor will receive an email with a brief explanation of relevant accessibility issues and recommendations regarding the resource’s use in their course.

Mason Website

  • The ATI provides feedback on accessibility issues found on the site and recommendations for remediation.   Feedback is delivered using the DubBOT Web Governance Software.
  • The ATI contacts the requestor via email to set up an account and offer training and consultation on the use of DubBOT for tracking accessibility issues.

Web, Software and Mobile Applications

  • The ATI provides a report detailing the functional accessibility of the application with assistive technologies, identifies potential barriers, and recommends alternative access plans when appropriate.  The report will be delivered via email.
