ATI Strategic Plan for ICT Accessibility

The Assistive Technology Initiative is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities in the Mason community have equivalent access to all information and communications technology (ICT) resources. This commitment is reflected in our efforts to both offer direct services to individuals with disabilities that have immediate ICT accessibility needs (i.e., assistive technology assessments, training, and support), as well to work with our strategic partners (e.g., ITS, Library, University Counsel, Office of Digital Learning, Disability Services, etc.) to develop and implement an ICT Accessibility Plan that conforms to the accessibility standards specified in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 opens a new window, appropriately tailored to the specific circumstances of the University.
