Faculty and staff can submit a request on the ATI’s Request Services Page.

  • Select Request a Document Accessibility Review.
  • Select Request Document Remediation Support.
  • Fill in all applicable information in the form.
  • Upload the document(s) to the request services form, up to 20 documents can be submitted in one form.
    • Any document over 8MB can be emailed directly to [email protected] after submitting a request.
  • ATI will notify submitter by email when the request is received and is processing.
