Stream Captions Using the Multimedia Viewer Panel in WebEx Meetings

  • To turn on the Multimedia Viewer panel, the host would need to open the Share menu and then click Share Multimedia. This opens the Share Multimedia window.

  • In the URL field, paste the link provided from the vendor to stream the third-party captions.
  • Click OK.
  • The Multimedia Viewer panel will show in the bottom right of the WebEx session.
    • PLEASE NOTE: By default, the captions will stream for all attendees. Attendees not wishing to view the captions may collapse the Multimedia Viewer panel or hide it.
